A Family Affair
Everything goes back to 1970 when my grandfather founded a wholesale/Manufacturing jewelry company called Goko Shokai in Kofu city, Japan. He started from nothing and strived to build one of the well-known jewelry companies in Japan that is still family-owned to this day. My grandfather was a successful businessman who was an admired, strong and respected leader but most importantly, a passionate man who loved his family. He taught us the importance of family and created a legacy that lives on to this day.
Today, with my passion to continue my grandfather’s legacy and follow in his footsteps, I have decided to start my journey in New York City.
